Aircraft access and authority
The customer or operator must have authority to request work and must provide safe, lawful access to the aircraft and service area. Customers are responsible for coordinating owner, operator, FBO, airport, hangar, ramp, and security permissions that may be required.

Mach 32 Detailing may pause, reschedule, or decline work when conditions are unsafe, weather affects the service, airport or FBO rules change, equipment presents a hazard, or access cannot be confirmed. Airport-side work remains subject to applicable airport, FBO, operator, and security requirements.
Aircraft condition and materials
Aircraft surfaces, finishes, carpet, leather, upholstery, electronics, displays, and other materials can vary in condition and sensitivity. We scope products and methods to the aircraft information provided and may identify pre-existing damage or conditions before work begins.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should remove valuables and personal items, disclose known hazards or sensitive areas, and identify any areas that must not be touched. Customers remain responsible for confirming the aircraft is ready for release after the service.
